Atelier Versace Spring 2010

Atelier's Versace Spring 2010 Collection was shown by appointment and some people were disappointed but now everyone can see the look. It's Glam if you ask me. nothing mouth dropping this season but I do love the pieces. On the last gown I adore how its chain-wrapped and has hologram touches with sexy cutouts.

"The Dark Lens" Series by Cédric Delsaux

In a series of photographs called “The Dark Lens,” photographer, Cédric Delsaux, captures the characters in an apocalyptic world transformed by war. When first looking at these photographs, one wonders, is this our world we’re looking at it, or theirs? Delsaux’s photos create an interesting dilemma for the fan by placing the beloved characters in an unknown world with unknown tragedy. Will they try to leave or attempt to start over? Will they have their own race wars to determine who’s in charge? Will Darth Vader be President!? One can only hope. All these Images were photographed at the Star Wars Amusement Park in Dubai.

DIY Splatter Jeans

I'm a long-time fan of splatter-paint fashions. Whether it's pants or shoes, I like to attempt this look with DIY tools & it's usually way more authentic than buying a pair of pre-splattered pants. So, if you're interested in learning the fine craft of splattering, find a clear space and try this out!

If this is your first time, try grabbing a pair of old jeans that you haven't worn in a while and you will surely give them a whole new life. Just Make sure you properly cover your workspace in newspaper to protect your furniture & floors from getting harmed. You'll also need paint brushes & fabric paint- both which can be purchased at any craft store. Once you've got the supplies then get messy! Keep your strokes & splatters random- because there are no rules in this game.

What to do:

1. Start by brushing random strokes of paint onto your jeans.
2. Using the paintbrush and your hand, gently flick paint spots and splotches to blend with strokes.
3. Let jeans dry flat before wearing, about two hours.

Air Jordan 1 “AJKO” 2010 Retro

I must say I'm going to be one of those cats waiting for these pair of Jordans. I absolutely love the yellowed sole and find that quite creative. I'm new to the Jordan craze didn't wear any when I was a kid but I do know that these OG pairs sell for hundreds on Ebay and many other places. They will sell out Quickly so i'll have my foldout chair posted in front of my favorite boutique all night. Hopefully I wont get robbed. Lmao.

Maui and Sons Vintage High Top Kicks

I've been following this retro surf brand since I bought a pair of shades from them at UO for only $20. I'm pretty fascinated on how they used black suede upper and combined that with vibrant maui and sons designs around the kick. Available in limited quantities through Opening Ceremony locations.

A-Morir Love/Hate Chain Shades

I can't say I'm the biggest fan of the way shades have been looking nowadays. This particular pair by A-Morir looks a bit grannyish to me and I wouldn't pay almost $300 dollars for a pair of these plastic simple looking urban outfitter looking $10 glasses(breathe).. The plastic frame glasses comes with 92 cm aluminum plated diamond cut chain; encrusted in approx. 600 hand applied swarovski crystals; The aluminum chain seems like it'll always be in the way when your on the move. UVA&B protected lenses...but Is it worth $300 dollars for an aluminum chain and crystals which blend into the plastic and look like cubic zirconium? No...I could make my own easily....In my mind these are not Fresh and will be out of style with V-Necks & neon colors.....or will they???
