“Cityscope a.k.a Urban Kaleidoscope,” is by German architect Marco Hemmerling. It's a light installation located in Cologne, Germany. The installation reflects fragmented views on the city and composes a three dimensional image of the surrounding facades, much like a normal kaleidoscope.
